Car rental model for the big day

One-way (suitable for picking up and dropping off guests)

This means a one-way trip with one origin and destination, with the possibility of adding a stopover. When the bus arrives at the designated location, pick-up and drop-off of passengers can be arranged, but there is no waiting time. If the customer asks the driver to wait longer than the contracted 15 minutes, we will charge a waiting fee.

Round trip (suitable for picking up and dropping off guests)

This means that both the outbound and return trips are included, for example, the outbound trip is from A to B and the return trip is from B to A or from C to A. The customer has to decide the trip at the time of quotation. As with the one-way mode, there is no waiting time, only pick-up and drop-off, and overtime charges will apply. Guests should note that when renting a coach for a round trip, it is not guaranteed that the coach is the same, so all belongings must be taken away when leaving the coach.

Hourly Rental (for bridesmaids wedding cars vehicles)

This means renting a vehicle for 3 hours or more, and the itinerary is provided by the customer at the time of quotation. There are different one-way or round trip, during the rental period, customers can put their belongings in the car. If the customer asks for additional trip during the journey, we will decide whether to add the fee depending on the distance of the location.

*Please note that the limousine is only available for hourly rental.

Why do I need to provide different information for quotation?

Date

The date of use is to check the schedule of the main float or coach to ensure the accuracy of the quotation. If the schedule of the main float you prefer is already full, we can suggest other options to you early to make your planning smoother.

There are one-way, round-trip, and hourly rental modes. The biggest difference is that one-way and round-trip are for pick-up and drop-off only, while hourly rental is convenient for customers to put their belongings on the car, so that we can better advise customers on their itinerary by understanding their needs early.

Time

The purpose of knowing the time of the guests is to check the feasibility of the trip.If there are too many places to pass by and the round trip time is much longer than the customer’s designated time, we will make appropriate suggestions.

Car models

Hangpo offers a variety of main coaches and coaches, we can suggest different types of vehicles to our guests. In addition to calculating the fare, we will also consider whether the vehicle can reach the destination, some places are not allowed to pick up or set down the large vehicle, we will remind the guests and make suggestions before quotation.

  1. Sprinkle rice or red/mung beans before taking the car
    Sprinkling rice or red/mung beans when going out means the “golden rooster feeding” ceremony, which blocks the “three brakes” for the bride and wish the bride a good time when going out. Goodwill items are scattered outside the car to ensure that the compartment is clean.
  2. Do not eat or drink in the car
    On the wedding day, the newlyweds will want to drink champagne or eat in the car when they are happy, but the car will inevitably be swaying when driving. In order to avoid spilling drinks and soiling the wedding dress or car, it is best to avoid eating and drinking in the car.
  3. Leave the car front doll to be removed after returning to the groom’s house
    Traditionally, it is recommended that the bride return to the groom’s house after removing the doll on the front of the car.

How far in advance can I make an appointment?

The license plate of the car and the contact information of the driver will be notified one to two days before the use of the vehicle.
